Christian comes from the Alsace region of France. He started working in the hotel sector when he was 15 years old and has worked in the industry ever since. He has worked in various countries across Europe, working his way up through to Maitre d’hotel and also managing the Michelin starred restaurant “Heimberg” before returning to Ireland. Christian’s reputation was brought to Enda’s attention through mutual friends. His aim is to ensure the front of house experience reaches the same standard as the food and that Loam is a pleasurable experience from start to finish.
