Conor has very impressive credentials as a chef. He began his training in Dundalk Institute of Technology where he studied professional cookery. He has travelled widely and worked in several highly respected restaurants along the way. He spent two years in Piere Gagnaire’s Sketch in London. He has also worked at Balzac, Paris and Ledbury, London amongst others. He first met Enda as a customer in Sheridan’s on the Docks. They then worked together at Aniar in Galway when Conor and his partner Eileen decided to move back home. When Enda decided to open up Loam Conor was excited to come on board as Chef Sous Chef.
